RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At SOHSUNN, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We accept change of mind returns within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• unworn and unused;
• in its original condition;
• returned with its original packaging and any accessories included;
• accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
2. RETURN SHIPPING
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SOHSUNN cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit.
Please do not send your return until you have received return instructions from our team.
3. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty or you receive the incorrect product, contact us at contact@sohsunn.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change of mind returns.
5. EXCHANGES
If you would like a different colour or product, please contact us at contact@sohsunn.com.
Depending on availability, we may assist with an exchange or recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
6. SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes may still be eligible for change of mind returns unless specifically marked as final sale.
Any final sale conditions do not affect rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
7. BUY 1, GET 1 FREE PROMOTIONS
For orders placed as part of a Buy 1, Get 1 Free promotion, the promotional items are treated as part of the same offer.
If you wish to return part of a promotional order, the refund amount may be recalculated based on the terms of the promotion and the items retained.
This does not affect any rights you may have in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
8. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For other problems, you may be entitled to have the product repaired, replaced or otherwise remedied as required by law.
Conditions applying to change of mind returns do not restrict your rights regarding faulty or non-compliant products.
